I purchased 2 of these refurbished wc20-v cameras

I purchased 2 of these refurbished wc20-v cameras. Neither would connect. They shipped these with outdated firmware and no way to download the correct firmware. Customer service had to email me the firmware. One camera updated and connected as it should. The other would not accept the firmware and not connect. Customer service finally issued an RMA for me to return the camera for repair or replacement. RETURN SHIPPING AT MY EXPENSE. So, add another $15 postage to try and get a working product that was shipped defective and out of date and I am without a camera for who knows how long. Maybe Im old school but if I am sold a broken product out of the box I dont expect to absorb additional cost to make it right. The Cameras themselves are very nice. I have 4 working ones but my experience with buying refurbished from company has been disappointing to say the least.

very impressed with these cameras...for it to be the lowest priced cell camera covert offers i was a little skeptical at first to try but bought 2 to try out and glad i did...great detection zone and picture quality and super simple setup....there are a few less options on these in the settings than my higher price point coverts but a very solid camera for a great price!! Will be adding a few more to the collection im sure.
