Retail & Online
Standard Dealer
For retail stores and online sellers
- Complete and sign the dealer credit application & applicable sales tax form
- Provide a copy of your business license
- Retail stores: Provide a photo of your brick-and-mortar storefront with permanent signage No selling out of homes or non-authorized outbuildings
- Online-only retailers: Provide a photo of your product warehouse Must also provide the URL to a functional webstore
- Order in case pack quantities where applicable
- Adhere to all dealer program & MAP policies
- An updated application & tax form is required when:
- Legal business name changes
- Change in ownership
- Change in billing or shipping location
- Every four years
- FeraDyne Outdoors reserves the right to approve dealer accounts & terms at our discretion
Wholesale
Master Distributor
For large-scale distributors
- Complete and sign the dealer credit application & applicable sales tax form
- Provide a copy of your business license
- Minimum annual sales of $50,000
- Order in case pack quantities for all brands
- Adhere to all retail MAP policies
- Adhere to minimum resale prices where applicable
- Drop-shipping: Available on Block Range & Bullseye target orders only, $50 processing fee per drop-ship order, plus actual freight costs
- Fill out the Authorized FeraDyne Reseller Application and email to creditapps@feradyne.com
Tax Exempt
Club, Gov't & Non-Profit
For qualified organizations
- Complete and sign the club/gov't/non-profit application
- 501(c) organizations: Provide a copy of your government-issued exemption certificate
- Non-501(c) organizations: Complete & sign the applicable sales tax exemption form
- Products purchased are not for resale purposes
- Order in case pack quantities for TruFire
- Purchases are limited to the following brands only: Black Hole, Block, Carbon Express arrows & bolts, Covert Scouting Cameras, GlenDel, Hurricane, IQ Bowsights, Muzzy Bowfishing, Rocky Mountain bowsights & field points, Shooter 3D, and TruFire

FeraDyne Outdoors has implemented an Authorization Program to ensure our products are sold by qualified dealers who can provide the best customer experience. All dealers must complete the authorization process and agree to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to maintain their dealer status.
