ABOUT PRODUCT

The Locker provides an easy and effective way to eliminate all odors on clothing and equipment so you are ready for the next hunt. The common generator emits ozone that destroys most odors within 30 minutes. Rechargeable, the generator can operate 7+ hours on high so you can take it with you. The Locker is easy to assemble and tough enough to use outdoors. Heavy-duty metal shelves are convertible and adjustable to suit your storage needs; great for basements, garages & hunting camps.

I had to follow up my previous review

I had to follow up my previous review. It's only fair to give credit where credit is due. While the communication of my warranty claim after having the incorrect part (see previous review) was non-existent to my surprise a month later I had a complete brand new closet delivered to my door. That is great customer service. While only needed the one part to complete my locker I am grateful to have a whole new closet or in reality a second closet. Thank you, Scent Crusher!

Works as intended

The locker itself works as intended which I am satisfied with. However, it came in pieces to be assembled, which I was aware of. The issue began with one piece being incorrect, and the locker could not be fully assembled properly. After calling and being told I had to do an online claim, which I did, I received no further communication for weeks. Being tired of waiting, I re-engineered the part myself to make it work so I could fully assemble the locker and use it. Looks and works as intended, but being nearly $300, it's disappointing not to have gotten the correct part or any customer service to correct the issue.

Definitely a solid purchase

Definitely a solid purchase. I run my clothes through this before every hunt, and I see piles of deer every time I hit the woods!
