Rising USA Archery and ASA pro adds precision and momentum to the Carbon Express roster

SUPERIOR, Wisconsin – October 12, 2026 – Carbon Express is proud to announce the signing of professional archer Katelyn Bordwell, who will shoot Carbon Express arrows across her 2027 target and 3D schedule.

A Breakout Season on the National and World Stage

Bordwell has had a breakout stretch on both the national and international stage. In 2026, she placed fifth at the Easton Foundations Gator Cup, earned top-10 finishes at the Salt Lake Summit and the SoCal Showdown, and qualified for the inaugural USAT Series Final as a top-three seed. She was also selected for Team USA at Stage 4 of the Hyundai Archery World Cup in Madrid, her first outdoor World Cup. She is a 2026 USA Archery Target Nationals silver medalist.

Proven on the 3D Circuit

On the 3D circuit, Bordwell won at the 2026 ASA stop in London, Kentucky, and finished third at the NFAA Marked 3D National Championships in Redding, California. Her first professional win came in 2024 in Women's Known Pro at the ASA TRU Ball Pro/Am, also in London.

"Katelyn brings another amazing and dynamic shooter to the Carbon Express family. She is a well-rounded shooter who not only loves the sport of archery but is promoting the growth of women's archery with her podcast, Ladies on the Line, which she co-hosts."

— Erik Bramble, Pro-Staff Manager, Carbon Express

Bordwell will shoot the full line of Carbon Express arrows in both indoor and outdoor target competition and on the 3D circuit.

Away From the Line

Away from the line, Bordwell co-hosts the Ladies on the Line target archery podcast with fellow compound pro Tanja Gellenthien, where she shares competition recaps and gear insights with the archery community. She also trains hunting dogs and credits her brother, fellow pro Glen Bordwell, with helping shape her competitive mindset.
