Matt Peters is the Vice President of Marketing for FeraDyne Outdoors, where he helps lead brand strategy, marketing direction, and consumer engagement across the company’s portfolio of archery, hunting, and outdoor brands. With a career rooted deeply in the outdoor industry, Matt brings a unique perspective shaped by both professional marketing leadership and decades of firsthand experience as an outdoorsman, guide, competitor, and brand ambassador.Before joining FeraDyne, Matt built a strong reputation in the fishing world as a professional angler and guide based in Minnesota. He has more than 20 years of guiding experience and more than 15 years competing on the Minnesota professional circuit. His competitive background includes fishing the FLW Tour in 2010, competing in over 60 professional bass tournaments, and earning strong finishes in events such as the Forrest Wood Cup, FLW Tour, Kenora Bass International, Sturgeon Bay Open, and multiple Midwest tournament circuits.Growing up on Lake Waconia helped shape Matt’s lifelong connection to the outdoors. That connection eventually expanded into a career that has included professional sponsorships, brand partnerships, guiding, tournament fishing, and marketing leadership within the hunting and outdoor space. His experience gives him a practical understanding of how outdoor consumers think, what drives brand loyalty, and how authentic storytelling can connect products to real-world use.At FeraDyne, Matt applies that background to help strengthen the company’s brands, support marketing initiatives, and build meaningful connections with hunters, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts.
