EFFECTIVE 03.22.2024 – AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED TO SELL FERADYNE PRODUCTS

In order to ensure FeraDyne resellers are able to sustain healthy margins on our products and ensure that our end-users are being provided a quality sales experience and customer support, FeraDyne has announced an Authorization Program and Unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy effective 03.22.2024.

Looking to be a FeraDyne Product Dealer?

*One application covers all brands*

To become a dealer in the US or Canada, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Complete and sign the dealer credit application & applicable sales tax form

2. Provide a copy of your business license

3. FOR RETAIL STORES: Provide a photo of your brick-and-mortar storefront with permanent signage (no selling out of homes or non-authorized outbuildings)

4. FOR ONLINE-ONLY RETAILERS: Provide a photo of your product warehouse
a. Online-only retailers must provide the URL to a functional webstore

5. Order in case pack quantities where applicable

6. Adhere to all dealer program & MAP policies

7. Submit an updated application & tax form in any of the following situations:
a. Legal business name changes
b. Change in ownership
c. Change in billing or shipping location
d. Every four years

8. FeraDyne Outdoors reserves the right to approve dealer accounts & terms at our discretion

To be considered a master distributor, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Complete and sign the dealer credit application & applicable sales tax form

2. Provide a copy of your business license

3. Minimum annual sales of $50,000

4. Order in case pack quantities for all brands

5. Adhere to all retail MAP policies

6. Adhere to minimum resale prices where applicable

7. Drop-shipping is only available on Block Range & Bullseye target orders

8. There is a $50 processing fee per drop-ship order (this is in addition to actual freight costs)

Universal Tax Form

To set up a direct-purchase club, government, or non-profit organization account with Feradyne Outdoors, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Complete and sign the club/gov’t/non-profit application

2. If your organization has been created under Section 501(c) of the US Internal Revenue Code, provide a copy of your government-issued exemption certificate

3. If your organization does not fall under Section 501(c), complete & sign the applicable sales tax exemption form

4. Products purchased through a club/gov’t/non-profit organization are not for resale purposes

5. Order in case pack quantities for TruFire

6. Purchases are limited to the following brands: Black Hole, Block, Carbon Express arrows & bolts, Covert Scouting Cameras, GlenDel, Hurricane, IQ Bowsights, Muzzy Bowfishing, Rocky Mountain bowsights & field points, Shooter 3D, and TruFire.
