Thank you for your interest in the FeraDyne Pro Program. Our program is available to qualifying individuals and is by application only. Completing this application does in no way guarantee approval and can be revoked at any time. Please allow two weeks for application review and note that applications submitted with any missing required information will be automatically denied.
If you are a full-time, licensed Outfitter or Guide, you may qualify for the FeraDyne Pro Program.
Required Documentation, without exception ( please remove all sensitive personal information).
- Copy of Outfitter License valid for the current license year, OR
- Copy of current Liability Insurance, OR
- Paystub within the last 30 days showing full-time employment, OR
- Check from a licensed outfitter within the last 30 days, OR
- Letter of employment from a licensed outfitter, OR
- Tax Documentation (1099, W2)
Note: Guide licenses, Merchant Mariner credentials, and business cards are not accepted.

If you are a full-time employee for the Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Fish and Wildlife, or a Game Warden, you may qualify.

- Paystub showing job title or position (full time employment) within the last 30 days
Business cards are not accepted.
If you work full time for an Outdoor Industry brand, you may qualify.

- Paystub within the last 30 days showing full time employment, AND
- Account and application must use your work issued email address

If you are an active military member, veteran, LEO, Fire, or EMT/Paramedic, you may qualify.
