Your Nockturnal lighted nocks (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper installation or maintenance as determined by Nockturnal for 3 years from the manufacturer’s date. Original product packaging and proof of purchase are required. This warranty only covers Nockturnal lighted nocks for the original owner.
Warranty on discontinued items extends to 1 year from the purchase date, and proof of purchase must be provided prior to sending your nock(s) back to Nockturnal. Nockturnal reserves the right to substitute the discontinued product with one of similar style, function, or cost.
If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim.
All Nockturnal warranty claims require a photo of the back of the original packaging and proof of purchase; claims submitted without photos will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit a claim and include a photo. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
Nockturnal reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon reviewing photos and/or receiving the product back for review. If a product is determined to be defective, it will be exchanged or replaced with the same product; if the same product is no longer available, a product of similar style/function/cost will be sent at the discretion of Nockturnal.
Nockturnal will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by misuse and/or improper installation or maintenance of this product. Nockturnal will not be liable if an arrow cracks or breaks due to using the incorrectly sized nock.
This warranty does not apply to any nock(s) that has been subject to negligence, accident, damage due to improper use/installation/maintenance, or any use other than normal personal archery use. This warranty does not cover Nockturnal nocks that were used in the successful recovery of an animal or nocks that were lost.
