Your Hurricane target (a subsidiary of FeraDyne Outdoors) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship not caused by normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance as determined by Hurricane for 1 year from the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty only covers Hurricane targets for the original owner.
To qualify for this warranty, all shootable areas of the target must be shot in such a way that a bolt/arrow penetrates to the fletchings or passes completely through the target and out the opposite side. Paint, handle, and bag are not covered by this warranty unless there is an obvious defect as determined by Hurricane.
If you believe you have purchased or received a defective product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by submitting a warranty claim.
All Hurricane warranty claims require a photo and proof of purchase; claims submitted without photos will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit a claim and include a photo. Items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
Hurricane reserves the right to determine whether an item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty upon reviewing photos. If photos are not able to convey the alleged defect, Hurricane may request the target back for review at the consumer’s expense.
Hurricane will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any person, property, or equipment that is caused by misuse and/or improper maintenance of this product.
This warranty does not apply to any target that has been subject to negligence, accident, damage due to improper use/maintenance/storage, or any use other than normal personal archery use. If sufficient areas to continue shooting are visible, the target is not deemed defective. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been destroyed by animals. Shooting a crossbow at a non-crossbow-specific target and experiencing a pass-through is not covered by warranty but is construed as improper use of the target.
If a target is purchased as a blemished or display model, the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.
